At HORZEHOODS Official, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in original, clean condition with tags attached; place them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Print your generated shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
